Identity In Design is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Montclair, New Jersey, founded by Barbara Susan Lemley. Its core mission is to develop creatives through an elevated level of collaboration, experiential initiatives, shop design, and product design. Barbara also acts as principal and creative director for the interior design house, BSL Design Studio, and the "lifestory" brand, ColorStoryHome.
